1. It has a new Chipset , no one knows about the disadvantages of this new Snapdragon 820 chipset . It could get heated like Snapdragon 810 or worse , so there is no actual way to find out whats going on for a couple of month .
   
2. The device offers great specs but at the same time battery is not that awesome to compete with these specs so battery in this device could get worse at some times .
   
3. This device is also pretty big , yeah don't  you think 6.3 Inches for a smartphone is way too big ? Just think . I am using oneplus two as my daily device and it is okay but 6.3 Inches is way to big , but anyway thats your choice .

• It has USB Type C - Now there is no actual problem with this but USB Type c cable right now is pretty rare .. sure that in a few couple of years its going to be common but right now its rare and its hard to find . *Deal with the truth guys
• Only 3 GB of ram , now most flagships have at-least 4 GB of ram which helps in multitasking pretty well , i tried multi tasking GTA SA and ASPHALT 8 in my nexus 6p but take me seriously , it does not do well .
