So you rooted your yureka Android Mobile now you want to install or flash custom ROM Slimkat 4.4.4 in Micromax's Yu Yureka ? Micromax Yu yureka got all the limelight after the launch. Giving all the rich features at such a balanced price is not so easy for any brand but Micromax nailed it. As a result in their flash sale on Amazon they gone out of stock within few seconds. Here you may think that why it's so popular why it gone out of stock within few seconds. Ok let me tell you why it's all due to its next generation 64 bit processor which is much better and Powerful in comparison to 32 bit processor moreover it also has decent RAM which is more than enough to any task intuitively. As you know that it running on Cynagenmod 11 ROM and it's not so good in comparison to Slimkat and liquidsmooth rom. Due additional features and killer looks user loves them.

How to Flash Install Slimkat 4.4.4 ROM in Yu Yureka

So Root is must. If you haven't Rooted yet then just do it now. After successful Root now Install Custom recovery. Follow below link to learn how to install custom recovery.

Now you have to get the latest unofficial build from the xda thread by sooorajjj. He's the mind behind this Slimkat custom yureka rom. Get the unofficial build from here. Now move that build to your internal memory storing it in your memory card will be useless. Remember Tomato is codename of yu yureka Android Mobile here so you can download that rom file without any hesitation.
When you are completely done after Rooting then reboot your yureka to custom recovery by restarting your Android device or you can do the same by using this below adb command to reboot you to the recovery: adb reboot recovery. In custom Recovery (Only for TWRP)
Do select Backup option from the list and make backup of all your partitions by just sliding the slider to confirm or verify your backup. Now we will wipe out the partitions. How can i wipe? To do so click on wipe option in the main menu and choose data system and cache partitions and atlast confirm your action.
Now after doing all above open Install Menu by Twrp where you have to select Slimkat rom which you have already successfully downloaded from the xda thread just flash it off now.
After doing successful flashing of rom, you have to select reboot button to restart your ROM. This boot may take some time but after further boots it will be fast same like cyanogenmod RomS.
