After that Download XNPH05Q OTA Update File from below Link.
Download Yureka OTA Update Officially.
Now move the downloaded file in download Folder of phone Internal Memory not SD or memory card.
It's time to boot your yureka into Recovery mode how to do that?
To do that switch off your Mobile then press Volume Up + Volume Down along with power button at same time for 4 seconds.
You will get entered into Cyanogen recovery. Select 'Wipe Cache Partition' by clicking on it. After doing all this now go to ‘ Apply update’ > ‘choose from internal storage’ > /0 > Download > and select “ cm-tomato-efbb5514a1- to-9828f8e9cc-signed.zip ” file.
Now you have to verify your update that whether it's successfully update or not. UI cab confirm that by checking OS Version and Build Date by going to About Phone Section.
